An additional USD430 million in funds has been allocated to existing US apartment partnerships by the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), according to a report by I&PE Real Assets.

Institutional Multifamily Partners a USD5.2 billion partnership with GID Investment Advisors has been allocated USD350 million by the USD496 billion pension fund, while Pacific Multifamily Investors, a USD1.7 billion partnership with Pacific Urban Residential, has received USD80 million.
