Innova Capital, a private equity firm focused on Central Europe, has entered into a binding agreement with Recticel to sell is 100 per cent stake in Trimo for an enterprise value of EUR164 million.

Innova Capital, a private equity firm focused on Central Europe, has entered into a binding agreement with Recticel to sell is 100 per cent stake in Trimo for an enterprise value of EUR164 million.

The transaction yields a return of over 4.5x for Innova. 

Completion of the deal remains subject of customary conditions precedent and is expected to take place in Q3 2022.
